Buffalo "Chicken" Dip

This dip is perfect for an afternoon snack or as an appetizer! It's light, refreshing, and just what you've been craving! Best served with bread, crackers, or veggies, this dip can also be used as a spread for a delicious sandwich! We've made this many times in the last few months. It's so versatile to fit your needs! Check out this simple recipe below!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 2 tbsp buffalo sauce

  • 1/2 tsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. In order to make this dip, add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.

  2. Mash everything together to get a consistency to your liking. We like to keep it a bit chunky, but you could puree this as well for a more smooth consistency!

  3. Cover and let chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

  4. Enjoy!
